What logFaces is NOT?

logFaces is a not a network or infrastructure monitoring tool, e.g. it's not intended to be used with syslogs, apache logs, tomcat logs, operating system logs, or any other infrastructure specific logs.

LogFaces was designed solely for application development - to allow software vendors bring their logging into a certain order to speed up delivery of software products, improve QA, and ensure proper maintenance and support once the software goes live.
